What we collect

When you buy from us

• Your name, and your phone number if you give it to us.
• Your address and email, when needed for delivery or to send documents.
• Your GSTIN, if you are buying as a business and want a GST invoice.
• The bill itself — items, quantities, prices, and what was paid or is outstanding.

When you buy on credit

Credit sales are a loan of goods, so we record more: the amount outstanding, the agreed repayment, and identity details we are given to support the credit, which may include an identity document number. Signed paper copies of credit agreements and challans are also kept. If you would rather not provide identity details, you can always buy on cash or UPI terms instead.

When you visit this website

This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookie banner because it sets no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To bill you and give you a proper invoice.
• To meet tax law — GST returns and account books are legal obligations.
• To send you your documents — invoices, quotations and receipts.
• To manage credit — tracking what is outstanding and reminding you politely when a payment is due.
• To answer you when you call, WhatsApp or email us.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising.

WhatsApp messages from us

If you give us your phone number, we may send you business messages on WhatsApp — your invoice as a PDF after a purchase, a quotation you asked for, or a reminder when a credit payment is outstanding. These come from our business number +91 60014 33869. Our enquiry number, +91 95085 37767, stays a normal WhatsApp line you can chat to.

To deliver them we use the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta. That means your phone number and the message content pass through Meta's systems, which are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We send only messages about your own purchases and account — never marketing blasts.

Who else sees it

We share the minimum necessary, and only with:

• Meta (WhatsApp) — your phone number and message, to deliver the messages described above.
• Our accountant and the tax authorities — invoices and account books, as GST and income-tax law require.
• Our bank and payment providers — only what is needed to process a payment.

Nobody else. We do not pass customer lists to other businesses.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Records live in our own business software, running on a computer at our premises, with encrypted backups. Access needs a staff account and a password, and staff only get the access their job needs.

Because invoices and account books are legally required records, we keep them for as long as Indian tax law requires — generally at least eight years. Information we do not need for that (for example, a phone number you asked us to remove) is deleted on request.

Your choices

• See what we hold about you — just ask.
• Correct it if a name, number, address or GSTIN is wrong.
• Stop WhatsApp messages, as described above.
• Delete it, where we are not legally required to keep it.

Children

Our shop and this website are meant for adults doing business with us. We do not knowingly keep information about children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be explained at the counter.
